This place has a perfect location, just a short walk away from a tasty restaurant, Bologna, and urban areas, plus it's in a quiet area too.

Room was comfartable and clean.

Restaurant service was fair to poor. Some a lacarte dishes were not available and it tokk nearly one hour to get the starter. Personel seemed to be willing but not enough trained for a 4* hotel.

The location of this hotel is really close to the city center, just a couple of buses away. the breakfast was extraordinary, with a wide variety of choices including meats, fresh juice, and regularly replenished items.

Very comfortable and very good designed hotel. There was a breakfast buffet with everything you wish.

At one day there where a very friendly waitress at the breakfast buffet. The other day we had a young man as a waiter, who was not able to see, that the table is dirty or there are no more eggs.

Location really close to the restaurant for dinner and bologna city center. Fantastic views, extraordinary breakfast with a big choise of food, cheese plus fresh juice. The affable and excellent staff all round.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, surrounded by mountains, was absolutely breathtaking. It was a perfect escape from the city, while still being close enough to explore. The service here was top-notch, with room service and housekeeping ensuring that our every need was taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The amenities were excellent, with a spa and wellness center offering refreshing massages and a heated swimming pool. The sun terrace was a great place to relax and soak up the stunning views.

We highly recommend this hotel for families.

no big varieties in food

The staff was very helpful. We stayed at this hotel to attend the Paul McCartney concert. The hotel provided a shuttle to/from the concert for a small fee, which was wonderful! The room was very nice and the bathroom was fairly large. Short stay, but very nice!

No real complaint, but there is a lot of construction, which may make it noisy during the week.

The location is exceptionally nice, in a suburb outside Bologna. My bed was nice. - It's close enough to Bologna, the nature, and the city center. - I truly enjoyed staying at this brand-new hotel because of the quiet ambiance.

The food Served at dinner especially the buffet - was absolutely amazing! great selection of food and great quality! The rooms were clean and even smoking rooms didn't smell of smoke which, made it a pleasurable for a non-smoker like me.

The mini bar had a great selection of beverages but only had one health bar and a pack of peanuts. would have been nice to have some chocolates, sweets and salty snacks to the selection.

Very freindly and professional staff. Very good dinner buffet and breakfast. clean and generous rooms. Nice atmosphere. I would come back any time.
